Return and Exchange Policy
At Haavah, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly to provide you with a hassle-free experience.
1. Returns:
1.1 Eligibility:
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returnable Conditions:
- We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.
- Print Issues: If there is a printing error or quality issue with the design of the garment.
- Size Mismatch: If the size you receive does not match the size you ordered as per our size chart.
1.2 Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at haavahhaavah@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919833553330 with your order number and reason for the return.
- In the event of receiving a damaged product, please ensure to record a video before opening the package.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Once approved, we will schedule a pickup from our courier partner within 1-3 working days
-A return charge of 100 rupees will apply, deducted from your refund amount upon processing.
- After the returned order reaches our warehouse, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1- 2 working days. You will receive tracking updates via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
1.3 Refunds:
- Returns will be processed within 3-4 working days after receipt, and you will be issued store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Exchange Process:
1. Contact Us:

2. Approval:
- Once approved, we will provide you with exchange authorization and instructions.
3. Pickup:
- Our delivery agent will collect the exchangeable product from your provided address.
4. Store Credit:
- After the pickup, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the exchanged item.
5. Reorder:
- Use the store credit to order the product you want.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Shipping:
- We handle exchange shipping costs. Simply pack the item in its original packaging with the bill, and our delivery agent will collect it from your provided address.
# Air Freshener Merchandise is entirely non-returnable or exchangeable.
